Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and update customer information in our database as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with management to identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes.
- Provide customers with information about our products and services, and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is preferred but not required.
