Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at Atilar Pharma. This includes but is not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Managing performance appraisal and performance management processes
- Overseeing the development and implementation of HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Managing the HRIS system and ensuring accurate and timely HR data entry and reporting
- Participating in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and objective
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
