Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our products and services to healthcare facilities and providers. The Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Atilar Pharma’s products and services to healthcare facilities and providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities to expand our business within their organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Work closely with other departments, including production and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are being met.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress toward sales goals.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote Atilar Pharma’s products and services and network with potential customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
