We are committed to providing safe and effective pharmaceutical products to our customers, and we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.
Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse employees and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of all pharmaceutical products and supplies.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the warehouse that align with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties, and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Manage the workflow of the warehouse, including receiving and fulfilling orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the warehouse is properly stocked.
- Work with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments to ensure that all communication is clear and accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with pharmaceutical warehousing and/or 503B regulations is a plus.
